We’ll here’s a post to close out 2009 and ring in 2010. Of all my photographs this one seemed the most fitting. In keeping with my style I did convert this to Black and White. The darker starts on the tree were reddish, but all other lights were white so not much color was lost. I like this image because when I look at it I can almost hear Silent Night.

I captured this scene while at the Farmers Market South of the James Market @ Forest Hill Park in Richmond Va. Its almost hard to stare out the window. I love the subtle distraction of the lines and bright spot on the floor as your eyes are drawn away from the window and around the image.
